1 Your 877INFOLINE toll-free number, along with one of your codes, is used on all of your advertising - where ever you promote your services or listings whether on a yard sign, in a classified ad or real estate book.
2 Prospects call your toll-free number and enter the code associated with your ad or sign.
3 They listen to the message you have recorded.
4 Depending upon how you setup the features of the code, callers are given several options from leaving a voice message, receiving a fax, listening to another message or transferring to a live person
5 Additionally, prospects' phone numbers have been captured by the system and can be used for future follow-up*. By reverse appending a name and address you can send them a postcard.
6 Call reports for each of your codes are also available allowing you to determine which codes are generating the calls. This helps you to measure the effectiveness of your advertising.

Example:
Use your 877INFOLINE service to help close a listing presentation. Pre-record a message on one of your codes before your presentation. During the presentation, do a live demonstration of how the service works. Let them dial your toll-free number, enter the code and listen to the message. Ask them to select some of the features, especially the Live Buyer Connect option that will transfer them the directly to your Cell Phone (be sure you have set your cell phone up as the Contact on the code). The client will be impressed.

A popular use of the service by mortgage and loan officers is to offer FSBOs the use of your service for Free. Provide them with a Code or Codes that they can use to help sell their property. Set up the Contact for their codes to have the Live Buyer Connect calls transfer directly to them and for the E-Notify email text notification to alert them as well. Buyers who are in the market for homes will call to get information on the property. The system captures the caller's phone number and you have a warm (if not hot) lead of someone in the market for a new home. Additionally, the FSBO is happy because the service helps them with selling the property. It is a win win.
